Ark Technologies, Inc., was established in 1980 as a manufacturer of precision springs.
The company was founded by Al Kabeshita, current Chairman of the company.
Ark has grown and diversified into precision stampings, clips, metal formings, and value-added assemblies.
Today, We are located in St. Charles, IL in a modern 72,000 sq. ft. building, and employ over 100 associates.
We have over 80 production machines, of which more than 50 are CNC Spring Forming Machines.
Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has also resulted in numerous Performance Awards from our customers as well as
the "2000 Manufacturer of the Year Award" from the Asian American Alliance and Illinois Governor's Office.
